Welcome to our individual psychotherapy sessions tailored to address a range of mental health concerns including Anxiety, Depression, Self Esteem Issues, ADHD, Anger Management, Relationship Difficulties, Life Transitions, Eating Issues, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Professional/Career Issues, College/Graduate School Issues, Stress Management, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Sexual Abuse​, LGBT Counselling, Grief, Loss, or Bereavement and Other Issues. We provide personalised and evidence- based treatments to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve greater well being.

Each session begins with a confidential and supportive environment where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings without judgement. We are trained to listen attentively empathise with your experiences and work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals. 

For clients struggling with anxiety, our sessions focus on identifying triggers, challenging negative thought patterns and teaching relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation and mindfulness to promote calmness and resilience in the face of stressors. 

In addressing depression we utilize cognitive behavioural techniques to challenge distorted thinking, promote behavioural activation and cultivate self-compassion to alleviate symptoms and foster a sense of hope and purpose.
