My Approach

Our focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a comprehensive therapeutic framework designed to address a wide range of mental health challenges. This integrative approach recognises the importance of understanding and changing maladaptive thoughts and behaviours, regulating emotions and interpersonal skills, fostering self-compassion and reducing shame and promoting acceptance of difficult thoughts and feelings while committing to valued actions.

I am a counselling psychologist with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Delhi University, a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree in Psychology with over 10 years experience
